I cannot recommend this Company enough if you’re considering a new Air Conditioning System. I’ve never experienced service like it!

Following Matthew Stewart's home visits and recommendations which we appreciated, we were confident that Alliance could deliver what we wanted for our home. The team from Alliance Climate Control did an outstanding job installing our Daikin reverse-cycle heating and air conditioning system. The installation was completed by four technicians and an electrician, all of whom were professional, efficient, and courteous throughout the process.

They consulted with us whenever changes or decisions needed to be made, ensuring we were informed every step of the way. At the end of each day, they thoroughly cleaned up their work area, which we greatly appreciated as we were balancing working from home while managing our children’s schedules.

Their attention to detail, communication, and respect for our home made the entire installation process smooth and stress-free. We would happily recommend Alliance Climate Control to anyone considering a new system.

We replaced our ducted inverter. Alliance has been excellent with the quote and efficient timely installation. The tradies Meedy, Shared, Shabi, Garrett and colleagues were great. Connor - the technician - was super helpful, professional and friendly, and really listened to my experiences of the aircon unit before starting the maintenance. Gave some useful tips too. We had a Heat Check visit to check our air con from Alliance Service Technician Emre and he did a great job!

He gave us a quote for the service needed and then did the service for us on the spot. It was a very thorough process, and we felt comfortable with the level of services it covered.

The job went perfectly, with a successful outcome: a new, relocated, up-dated electrical circuit board. The electricians used previous openings, the wall cavity, etc. to minimise changes in appearance. The members of the team were all extremely helpful and communicative: Charles, Ryan, James and Aaron

very good detailed plans and excellent work on a complex job

V led the air con work, Liam led the plastering. Both were very competent and a pleasure to work with. The job in the aggregate took way too long but I understand that was a break down in company communication between quotes and execution of work.

Just had a cleaning service for our split system in ceiling cassette Fujitsu system and I have to say it was well worth it! I was concerned of the cost at first, but after having the system for close to 16 years, I now hope to get a few more yet. The guys who did the work Mitiesh and Brandon were wonderful - professional, clean, informative, careful and thorough. I would recommend this service

The job Alliance was doing for me appeared straightforward at first but when rummaging in the guts of the electrical configuration powering my old house, a problem was found. The cavalry was called in and the problem resolved with only a minimum of expletives needed. Many thanks to Aden, Mo and Ryan. Charles too.

We decided on Alliance after much consideration and are happy with the installation so far. The team of BJ,Theo, Andre and Matt were all personable and diligent workers and explained things to us as they went along with the. installation. My only slight issue was that I received too many phone calls from different numbers and initially couldn't tell from where the call originated or if it was a spam call. I feel a single source of contact would be preferable at least until the commencement of the job. But all in all, I am satisfied and pleased that we chose Alliance
