We had an AC unit installed by another company over a year ago and it’s sadly had several issues. Kody MB from Alliance was an absolute life saver in getting us sorted out and further helped us in setting up a future appointment for maintenance.

Back in mid December 2025, the guys from ACC installed our air con and did a fantastic job. Liam was consultative throughout the quoting process. And thanks to Jono, Ben, Charles, and Aaron, the final installation of the indoor and outdoor units, as well as electrical work was delivered to a high standard of workmanship. They left everything clean and tidy, and we're very happy with their work.

It also doesn't hurt that they were friendly! Bonus points for being unfazed by our vocal little dog! Thanks guys!

Great service experience. I needed indoor LEDs and pendants and power points replaced, as well as some outdoor lights. Josh provided a quote and Peter and TK did the work. They were efficient, courteous and communicated well. They left the premises in good order and were careful in my home. Very happy.

Our new aircon multi- system was installed today. Very happy with the excellent service provided by Mike, Zac and Rodrigo. Polite, professional, helpful and on time. And definitely appreciated their thoughtfulness in working amongst our dogs for the last 2 days.

Totally impressed by Alliance. The communication was very good and the technician (Kody) was personable, professional and most helpful. I have been meaning to send this email for quite some time, but due to poor health, and lots of other excuses, I simply haven't gotten around to it.

I wanted to provide feedback for the above job number, as the boys really did work their arses off! It was a complicated job (which even I could see as a layman), and yet nothing was off-limits. They really did everything to accommodate the job, and my individual requests. As an individual, I am very particular and hold very high standards, and yet, they did not blink and eyelid.

I would also like to mention that all three of them were a delight to have in my home. It goes without saying, that they are a credit to your company, and it was an absolute pleasure working with them.

Great job replacing our air conditioning motor, fans, and outdoor unit. The team was professional, reliable, and easy to deal with throughout the whole process. Everything was completed efficiently and to a high standard. Highly recommend their service.

Very approachable, explained the situation fully and was very competent. I needed two split systems serviced. Kody explained the main room split system needs to be replaced. BR system needed servicing including buildup at the vent line. He came Fri 6 Feb and Sat 7 Feb. New air con will be installed Mon Mon 16 Feb.

Good communication and services. We had our AC fixed on the hottest day and Steve & Nick did a great job replacing the fan motor. Highly recommended.

Took longer than expected but seems to be fine. This ratings system is a bit time-consuming (signing in etc).

Kyle abd André were friendly and polite. Repairs needed were quickly identified and arranged. Steven and Andre did a good repair job in extreme heat. Excellent service.
