We had 2 teams at our house.
B.J,Theo and James installed units in 2 bedrooms upstairs and an inverter outside. They did a great job and had it done in one day.
We also had 2 other unots serviced and cleaned by TK and Eric who were thorough and gave us maintenance tips. The quote from Kody was spot-on and heaps betyer than the main competitor.

I had a split air con unit installed in my apartment by Alliance last week. Yunun and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish. They were friendly, professional and ensured that the unit, compressor, cabling and ducting was installed neatly and blended in with the surroundings. They left my apartment in showroom condition after they finished! I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.

Update – April 2026:
Andre G came out to complete the annual maintenance on my aircon under job #105771, which Alliance installed last year. The unit was particularly dusty inside, and Andre carried out a thorough service and deep clean. He was professional, meticulous, and explained each step clearly in advance. He did a terrific job and left the apartment spotlessly clean. Thanks again to the Alliance team for consistently great service.

The technicians were on time and professional, they did a really good job deep cleaning our AC units which were very dirty and blocked by molds causing water dripping. I am happy that my ACs was fixed and working well now.

2026 - Kyle and Nikola came for my yearly service. They were a pleasure to have. Very professional and did such a good job! I wish I could give them 20/10 stars

Very good experience with Alliance Climate Control.

Ivan led the team with Mosa, Zac and electrician Mohamed. Two split units installed and condenser placed neatly at the back.

Process was smooth from start to finish. Clear quote, easy scheduling, no surprises. They arrived at 7:15am and finished by 3pm.

Old heritage terrace, not an easy job. They adapted on site and improved a couple of original decisions. Final result is better because of that.

Workmanship is clean. Conduits through the roof cavity are tidy, indoor units fit well above the windows, and the outdoor unit is discreet.

Ivan communicated clearly throughout and set everything up on our phones at the end.

Professional team. Good execution. Would highly recommend.

Alliance is an amazing company. I thought professional service like this had disappeared years ago. Not only that - but all team members really know their stuff. From the initial sales call with James to comms with the office, booking the day doing the install and cleaning up afterwards everything went like a training movie. How do you get everyone on the same page??? All I can say guys is thank you for an outstanding job - I'd hate to be your opposition.

I had the team from Alliance (Aysa, Vi, Nikola, Eric, Harry, Aiden and James) put in aircon at my apartment. The whole process was great from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, tidy and very friendly. Highly recommend!

The team at Alliance is excellent.

Their knowledge and service lead to an install that was a day shorter and significantly cheaper than quoted. This was completely unexpected after another local company couldn't be bothered to tell me my project was beyond their skill level and ghosted me without providing a quote.

Jason was able to avoid cutting into our ceiling which was amazing after preparing ourselves for a significant patch and paint job.

They are professional, fast and everyone I had contact with was eager to help.

If anyone even slightly mentions air con or an aircon issue I'll be recommending Alliance.

Great all-round service from Alliance! Communication was timely from Will and Chris in the office, and Liam, BJ, Theo and Nic were great to deal with for the job quote, service, and install. The install required access to my neighbour’s property, he also commented that they were incredibly polite—asking to move pots and putting everything back exactly as it was. Highly recommend!

I contacted Alliance Climate Control, due to leaking water from my air conditioner. I had Gabriel come to evaluate the condition, and he gave me quotes and explained options. He immediately scheduled the job through a phone call with the office. 2 weeks later, I had Emre and Luke come to my apartment to properly do a deep clean on my air conditioning system. They both did a fantastic job within 2 hours. After the AC is properly cleaned. It works perfectly and feels like new again. Really happy with the job they did. I think I'm going to do this every 12 months as they recommended.

The team led by Bokhan did an excellent job on the installation. They worked through the bad weather to get the job done, and were always ready to provide us feedback when needed. The instal team and the electrical team were very professional.

Superb service - Ivan and hist team worked assiduously all afternoon to provide everything and more that I asked for - well beyond the call of duty! He and his team were receptive, polite and just got on with it. The best service I have ever had in fact.

Gokhan, Can and Niko have installed our new AC and removed the old one. Professional, kind, polite and very respectful. They cleaned all rubbish and packing materials from the works. They left the area clean and all the works have been done with good workmanship. Very careful with our belongings. Happy with the installation. Electrical works are still ongoing.

Edit to add the electrical installation- Mohamed and James were amazing. The job was very long, but the persevered and did a very nice neat conduit. They cleaned up after drilling and the cut offs- very neat work and great quality. Very polite and professional.

I had a second job done by ACC - amazing electrician Mohammad and cannot fault his work. Always checking when things got tricky 😅 but we solved all the issues on the spot. He replaced our 24 years old main switch board and created 2 new outdoors el sockets. Neat, tidy, polite and very efficient. Even our cat liked him ☺️. Thank you for your service!
