We recently bought our first home and when our AC started leaking into our ceiling we were so panicked. The Alliance team were so helpful, they got out to us quickly and gave us a very honest assessment. We were lucky enough to have our new AC installation completed by Qais, Cris, Eric and Mike and they were fantastic. They were so professional and super fast, we have been so happy with the service and are so glad we decided to employ Alliance to replace our old unit.

BJ & James did an excellent job installing our new Daikin split system…they were on time, professional and very tidy. Vash & TK did the electrical wiring and were great to deal with too. Aysa did the original quote and was brilliant, great guy and very helpful. Also spoke to Will & Cara in accounts. The Alliance guys are a super team and I would definitely recommend them for all your a/c needs!

I’m very impressed with Kody’s professionalism during the air-conditioning diagnostic at my apartment. He thoroughly explored all possible options and was careful not to jump to conclusions, which really demonstrated his patience, expertise, and integrity. It was clear he was focused on finding the right solution rather than being money-oriented.

The team also went above and beyond by waiving the initial call-out fee due to a booking error, which was a very appreciated and thoughtful gesture.

The service was fast, clean, and extremely professional from start to finish.

Yunus, arrived ahead of the shop opening, took the time to understand our needs, and recommended a unit that was perfectly suited to the space. His colleague Gokhan was also incredibly helpful throughout the installation.

Both were polite, discreet, efficient, and worked with great care. They left the place spotless after the job, which I really appreciated.

The three contractors, Yunus, Can and Veysal were the most pleasant and courteous workers. They spent two days installing my air-conditioning in 40 degree heat in the ceiling and didn't complain. I would highly recommend them.

Thank you to the Alliance team for the replacement of my ducted AC . It wasn’t cheap but I was impressed with the long term approach of this company. The team who came out (Andres R/Christian C/Dilan) were fantastic with replacing the ducting putting the new unit in. Andres was so patient in showing my elederly mother how download the Panasonic app and to use the controls etc . Thanks again!

The service and follow up was prompt and as promised... We had a 9 year old AC unit which had stopped cooling and making unsteady noises... The initial review and assessment to change the unit foundations which was rotting and a service was point on. The service person was prompt, very kind and mindful despite the difficult access to the roof unit. Have to say, the only issue I'd have was the initial inspector and quote pushing us to replace the unit for double the service price which in itself was a bit pricey, but in these days a full days of work it's expected. All in all an happy customer, as happy to pay a premium for a job well done! Great service - definitely will use again.
