Ahmad, Louis and Carlos did a very professional job installing our new reverse cycle aircon. They spent extra time making sure it was completed and looked neat, particularly as it was a complicated fit.

Good communication before, during and after. Very clear on what they were doing, easy to deal with. Will use again

Great experience with Alliance, Harry was very helpful and accessible in planning the job with us in a fairly complicated three system set up in our unit. Then Tommy, Shaad and Gokhan were an awesome installation team, they were very professional, made sure everything was done properly, cleaned up after themselves and kept us well informed throughout the process, they even worked through some awful rainy weather as well. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Service person turned up on time. He was extremely courteous and very helpful. Without any fuss he was able to change his routine to work around a zoom call I needed to make. All required work and reasons for it were explained. Work was done very efficiently. He kept the area very clean and avoided any mess.

I wrote what's below a few years back - maybe I didn't press "post". Anyway, I've had a series of good experiences with Alliance Climate Control, and this was another one.

I don't think I've ever come in contact with a better-run business than this one. From the first inspection , to talking through the options right through to installation this mob was stunningly professional - they always turned up on time, communication with the office was perfect, all the documentation was excellent; whoever runs this business really needs to be congratulated. Then on the day of the installation, an unpleasantly hot day to be working up in the roof, they sent three excellent young blokes - Harry, Aaron P. and Aiden, who did a really great job. I recommend these guys without hesitation; I'll give my sister in Crows Nest a ring and proselitize today as I sit back and enjoy a day when 33 is forecast, rather than suffer through it.

We have had a very good experience with firstly with Liam and Matt doing the diagnosis yesterday and then today Meedy and Juan did an excellent job of installing our new unit. It has been a wet day and they cleaned up very well afterwards. I thank all four men for their polite and thought manner.

I cannot speak more highly of the maintenance that Andre performed on our air-conditioning system. He was the most thorough technician compared to other technicians that have been here. He clearly outlined to us what had been done and what could not be done. His explanations were all very clear and he was able to work with us to find alternatives for certain issues. Thank you, Andre. You have instilled in us a greater confidence towards the company in which you work. They are lucky to have you.

These 5 star ratings are real. Shout out to Mitesh and Zach who have been absolute legends! Ive been having an ant infestation in my air con and they came to save my life. Sealed the holes, walked me through the process, and I loved that they were so clean and thorough (even wearing shoe covers + taking off shoes before stepping in) and had a super sense of humour!

Also to Christiam, Marion and Brendan being absolutely patient and understanding of my situation and going back and forth to find a solution for me!

Give these all these guys a raise. i would give u guys a 100 stars if i could. Fingers crossed no more ants!

I have a reverse cycle air conditioner that has been smelling musty. I had Daiken out to service it, they changed the filters but the smell persisted. I had Daiken out again and they told me I needed to remove half of my ceiling for them to get to the system. Then I called Alliance Climate Control, and I am so very pleased I did. Emre was able to access the unit to drain the system without cutting into the ceiling. He discovered that there was still a filter to be replaced ( that Daiken had missed). He was thorough, communicative and then left the apartment spotless when he completed the work. I cannot recommend Alliance more highly. Thank You Emre.

Tommy, Shad & Ghokan did a great job on our Mitsubishi unit installation. Efficient and on time, thrilled to have cooling ahead of summer. Shoutout to the social media manager for getting the boys on camera too.

The Alliance service team were excellent. They performed a full service on my 16 year old AC system and were very thorough and explained their findings clearly. I have signed up for an annual service in the future and are highly recommended.
